-1 baked yam (bake at 350 for 1.5 hours in covered pyrex dish)

-1 glass Organic Almond Milk (Whole Foods) (Protein, healthy fat

-pinch of cinnamon (antibacterial antiviral, regulates blood sugar)

-pinch of vanilla (Aphrodisiac, calms, digestion)

-1-2 tsp raw Agave syrup to sweeten if needed
