Pea Soup
-2 cups of whole peas (fresh)
-1/4 onion, diced (optional)
-1 cup celery, diced
-1 cup carrots , diced
-1 bay leaf
-5-6 cups homemade Chicken broth
-1/2 cup dulse (Whole Foods)
-1/4 tsp of wasabe (dry) start w/ less if unsure
-1 tsp of celtic sea salt (only when not on detox)
-2 Tablespoons vinegar (Braggs Apple Cider vinegar)
Directions
1. Layer vegetables in pot in order given
2. Add peas, broth and bay leaf
3. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer maybe 5 minutes
4. Add dulse, wasabi , and salt (salt only when not on detox)
5. Add vinegar before serving
